After the engagement we went to visit Genesis Diamonds together and Shachar was exceptionally nice and friendly. She walked me through everything it means to be a part of the Genesis Diamonds family and has been in personal contact with me which shows they care!

Samantha was zero pressure and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. look forward to working with Samantha again on another purchase I am planning. I want to shout out Renee, she is AMAZING and so fun, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us perfectly updated during the entire process of both rings. I’m so happy my fiancé was paired with her when he went in for my engagement ring. Then when it came to the band she nailed it perfectly with my customized pink sapphires. She made the entire experience so fun for me ❤️ As for the store as a whole, they have great customer support. My engagement ring needed fixed and although the internal team couldn’t fix it 100%, they sent it back to Verragio and worked with them to have the ring mended to their standards. The ring came back absolutely perfect, Genesis Diamonds cares about and wants the best for their customers 😊

Got my wedding rings resized after losing weight & got them cleaned up! Genesis Diamonds did a great job as always! Ryan our Salesperson went above & beyond to get them to me today! Even gave me this cute duck for my Jeep! I named him Bandit, lol! Can't wait until my other band comes in to complete my set! Great staff! They are always so nice & helpful!
